Ordering was painless, price was very competitive
chair arrived earlier than promised, in perfect condition
assembly had more than a few steps, but instructions were easy to follow and all parts were included
My son loves the chair, it was a great chrismas surprise, works exactly as described.
only consideration is the chair is not as big as you may anticipate; my son is 5' and about 125 lbs, and it's perfect for him. Anyone significantly larger/heavier may put too much stress on the base for long term use.
overall, very satisfied with the product and ATG - will absolutely consider ordering from you again!
