The biggest reason for the "Bowl Pendant" was to get rid of the direct light and shadows on the wall. With this light we succeeded.

This light was hung up over the dinning room table and has a very eloquent look compared to a traditional chandelier. It gives great reflective light off the ceiling and good “soft” direct light on the table through its tinted bowl. We used three 60w incandescent bulbs that are completely hidden. We might change out to 40w or “soft” lights because it’s just a bit too bright.

Assembly took about a half hour. You might need help with the holding up the light while wiring and attaching the bowl itself.

Great light! I would recommend. Price point might be high, but it was the style we were looking for.
