Introduced in 2010 — Hubbardton Forge’s Aperture sconce exemplifies graphic art in light, framed by a composition of geometric forms. Serving as the Aperture sconce’s focal point, a burst of light shines dramatically across the steel back plate that is textured by the flames of the forge. A wash of soft side light flows onto the surrounding wall creating subtle plays of light and shadow. ADA compliant and featuring a low projection, Aperture sconces were created for use as gentle wall washers or stand-alone architectural/sculptural accents. Available with finish options and choice of white or fiery topaz art glass inserts. The Aperture collection offers a variety of compositions in metal conceived and handcrafted by skilled designers and craftsmen in Vermont, U.S.A. Some components and materials may be sourced from other countries.
